• Check-in: from 2:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Payments

• The balance for the stay must be paid upon arrival.

• Payments are accepted in cash or via bank transfer in advance.

Cleaning

• Please keep the common areas clean and tidy.

Noise

• Please observe silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Avoid excessive noise in the common areas.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the property.

Security

• Please lock your room door when leaving.

• Do not leave valuables unattended in common areas.

Use of Facilities

• Please use all equipment and appliances provided properly.

• Any damages will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

Waste Disposal

• Please dispose of waste in the appropriate containers.

• Follow the instructions for recycling.

Emergencies

• In case of emergency, contact the property staff immediately.
